Why do I need a coach?

There are many reasons someone seeks the support of a coach.

It is a process for those who are looking to connect more intentionally to their inner and outer world. It creates a dynamic of trust where important information is being reflected back to the client. This process is highly supportive for those looking to heal and feel more at peace within their lived experience. Working with a coach also strengthens accountability, allowing your goals to be met with momentum. It creates a sense of community where heavy and stuck energy is being shifted together.

Coaching provides insight, connections, and patterns that are difficult for us to see within our own lived experiences. This newfound clarity and awareness creates space for breakthroughs.

What can I expect from a session?

In a typical hour-long session, coach and client have a virtual meeting to discuss how the client is feeling and review any notes and goals from previous sessions. We then align upon a specific goal or focus most relevant to the client while working together to form deeper understanding and healing. Sessions act as a container for the client to show up exactly as they are and receive compassionate support. 

How does spiritual coaching differ from therapy?

Coaching takes on a present and future approach in comparison to the resolution of past trauma offered in therapy. As Inner Attunement is a spiritual practice this allows an energetic and multidimensional approach to healing. While both practices, allow the client to make positive changes, coaching will examine what currently is not working in your life to shift you out of feeling stuck.

How does it work?

Coaching is very personalized to the individual so your sessions and schedule are designed to fit your unique needs. Coaching occurs through 1:1 sessions where the coach holds space for the client to show up exactly as they are. Aligned schedules can either be discussed in a quick meet or in the initial session.
